1) Um, she is smart, and a wonk, and that is a GOOD THING, stupid CNN. ARGH. I'm reading a book now about the dumbing down of American culture, including our expectations for our President, and this is just SO frustrating! How can it be bad if she is thorough and smart?!?!!? (PS yelling at CNN and not you, of course...)

2) Yes, where ARE the bees? I've read way too many articles on the topic, and it's scary! Although I've thus far this spring seen two HUGE bumblebees (I think... they are the ones that don't sting and look like flying puffballs, right?). Maybe that's a good sign?
